The seasonal cycle draws closer to another turn as the winter shifts to spring on March 21st. I personally couldn't be happier about the coming warmth. I am awake and working on my cover letter for my pursuit of an entry level position in the solar industry (it is all about the sun these days it seems), but I am having a hard time finding the desire to pull up the wetsuit and get in the cold water for knee high waves. I am relying on the sun to bring my motivation. However, I am determined to find the motivation to surf despite the conditions, dark and cold. I have never regretted a single morning of surf.
Instead of looking out for comfort and growth, looking inward to further craft our own circle may offer a more difficult but lasting foundation.
